Moscow is under attack.

Naturally Putin tries to blame the West and Ukraine while ISIS already claimed that it is their work.

 

I suspect that these series of Moscow attacks are actually what Putin backs. This baseless guess is from the simple wisdom: if things look complicated, look for the ones who get the profit out of the fiasco.

 

ISIS does not get any profit out of those Moscow attacks. They already are notorious enough. They do not need any more notoriety. The West and the Ukraine do NOT want to open another war front. Worse yet, all the casualties of these attacks are civilians. This is not how the West and the Ukraine operate.

 

Meanwhile, Putin has everything to gain here while nothing to lose. For Putin, the civilian casualties are at best collatoral damages. Putin does this all the time in Ukraine.

 

If Putin is not the real culprit, I'd advise him to look around. One of his close subordinates would be the actual culprit to get attention.
